The alligator character was a character that was originally going to be in Crash Bandicoot. It was revealed to the public in Charles Zembalis's blog in September 2012. The alligator wore a Hawaiian shirt and has sunglasses. Its purpose and gender are unknown, but judging by its jolly appearance, it may have been intended to be a protagonist. However, whether it was intended to be a protagonist has not been confirmed.

The Alligator character has a chubby appearance and sports a Hawaiian shirt, along with sunglasses. It has fat arms and legs, along with a tail having spikes on it. Its limbs appear to be rather short.
