Arrow Crate

From Bandipedia, the Crash Bandicoot wiki

These crates act as trampolines for Crash Bandicoot and are used to reach higher places. They are very common and appear in most of the Crash Bandicoot games. These crates often carry only one Wumpa Fruit and are broken by all methods of attacking except for jumping. There are two versions of this crate: wooden and iron.

If, for some reason you need to stop bouncing but want to stay on the crate, it is possible to spin in mid-air, which will make you stop jumping.
