The Blob is an enemy encountered in Crash Bandicoot. It appears when Dr. Nitrus Brio throws his green potions at Crash Bandicoot but hits the floor instead of Crash. Bouncing on them harms N. Brio. They are also is in the next stage called The Lab where they bounce at Crash.

In The Lab, they're yellow instead of green, so Brio probably hadn't created them, but anyone else such as Doctor Neo Cortex could have. They can also be spun away, but it doesn't kill them
