In Crash Bandicoot 3: Warped, he is responsible for achieving seven of the developer times, the fastest times anyone from the staffs at Naughty Dog and Sony Computer Entertainment America achieved (on the NTSC version) during production of the game. He achieved the developer times on Under Pressure (0:57:83), Deep Trouble (1:00:46), Road Crash (1:15:53), Tell No Tales (1:01:70), Future Frenzy (1:07:47), Orange Asphalt (1:16:70), and Area 51? (1:38:96).
- With seven developer times, he was second to his fellow Sony analyst Andrew Woodworth who achieved eight developer times. Together, they combined for half of the developer times.
- According to the game, his time on Future Frenzy is 1:07.47. This time remains a curiosity, because in the NTSC version (where the developer times were achieved), times are rounded down to the nearest thirtieth of a second, and therefore the hundredths place is always 0, 3, or 6. In fact, in no version of the game is it possible for a recorded time to have 7 as the hundredths place. This means that either this time was achieved in a beta version or it could be a typo.
- Future Frenzy is also the only on-foot level that Shawn achieved the developer time on.
