Steven Blum (April 28, 1965 - ) is an American voice actor from Santa Monica, California. He has also been credited on-screen as Steven J. Blum, Steve Blum and David Lucas.

He provided the voices of Crash Bandicoot and Emperor Velo XXVII in the 2003 video game Crash Nitro Kart. Outside of the Crash Bandicoot series, he is best known for providing the voices of Spike Spiegel in Cowboy Bebop, Kyōshirō Tōdō in Code Geass, Mugen in Samurai Champloo, Roger Smith in The Big O, Kazuma in s-CRY-ed, Orochimaru in Naruto and Vincent Valentine in the Final Fantasy VII series.
